“Compensate Africa for global warming"

The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi, said the international community should limit global warming and pay compensation for the unavoidable damage caused by it to assist Africa overcome the economic challenges and sustain the economic development the continent witnessed over the past few years.
